The link in my previous submission doesn’t have the traced badge art anymore because she was made to take it down because she had no right to sell it. So for those of you that are saying they aren’t “similar” it’s because it was changed.

Rest of proof about Kiss and her badges....

  A PM sent to Kiss/Lolli about the badges. She had respond, but since than she’s deleted her respones or they got deleted, whichever.

Kiss selling badges, she shouldn't.......

Just wanted to give a heads up…. Kiss has no right to sell Dracula BlahBlahBlah. She back charged Hop, and was sent numerous messages about NOT selling the badge and to delete the image. She has failed to do that over the last year or so. The badge, an updated version, was made by hatch.

Does this behavior from Kiss still surprise anyone?

Clearing Things Up ?

Just pointing it out there I’m not supporting of any badger and just looking at this as a artist but Eishi Tsukasa is from Lucky Star and Kagamine Rin is from Vocaloid so technically they all fall under fanart in my opinion. I can agree the TeeHee badge shown is heavily referenced from the image, but the Tsukasa one still has differences, the Lucky Star character has purple hair originally. Just by looking at that persons deviantart you can tell they did not draw that picture themselves and it’s an edit of the original, you can see this because it’s smaller than the original image which has purple hair here:

Just trying to find the original, it seems it’s from a disabled pixiv user.

As you can see this person literally just bucket filled in the hair to pink: 

It’s so poorly edited so that person is NOT the artist.. But anyways, just pointing that out there don’t bother messaging that person because they aren’t the original artist themselves either.

Thanks for clearing things up! We did look into this, it is arguable that it could be fan art, but at the same time it is heavily referenced from someone else’s fan art. 

We’ll go ahead and edit the post.

Haha! Because this ‘SO’ isn’t what they call 'stealing’ Note my absolute sarcasm… This is 100% Stealing if someone make a very 'close’ similar icon to the artist IS stealing. But its not like Lolli/Kiss knows the difference. 

That is definitely stealing, anon.

If you zoom the image you can see that everything matches and most of the ‘changed’ lines are just moved a line up or down.

Joji is soooo proud of their art but in the end they’re just some wannabe that traces and copies popular badge artises they have no originality what a joke LMAOO.
