The thing is, I LIKE Thirteen's scronches, I like that this is distinctive, I like that people love it. But I also feel uncomfortable with people focusing on it too much, feels like propagating that double standard, that 'keep your face pretty' bullshit. Especially if you look at that 'scronch count' video, I'm like, a lot of that's just...emoting. Doctor-ish, somewhat overenthusiastic emoting, but ? Feel like the focus on it goes very quickly from celebration (that a woman gets to scronch) to actually counterproductive...

Hmmm :/ Corvo casually assuming a whaler is a man when she's a woman. This when the game was rather good about that. this is what i mean. The interaction between Galia and the Boss. It repeats itself. The confontation could have been written in one instead of going over - exactly - the same thing twice?? I've read Galia's motivation spelled out twice already. and now...again. And i refuse 1. That corvo would just straight up murder six grave robbers - when he's let daud go too! Come on mate

From now on when I post my tiny little fanfics I'm going to be assertive and ask for commentary bc that fandom history post was completely right comments are important and creating a comment culture is super important and everybody wants comments and there's nothing wrong with everybody reminding everybody that's what everybody wants.
