I just came back from shopping and I've noticed a mildly disappointing pattern that I always find star wars merch in the men's section of the stores and never in women's and honestly it's a little sad that the only merch I see is of stuff like lilo and stich and Disney princesses and Mickey mouse and the like and never and sci fi stuff :(

Jordan and her odd idea of "the fans must suffer" never sat well with me. Why should fans suffer? Why should we want representation that isn't full of tropes, angst and heartbreak? I saw a post a few weeks ago that said basically that endgame isn't enough. It's really not. I'm done putting myself though an angst-fest just to get 2 seconds of happiness before the show ends.

I cannot agree with you more. I guess some writers/creators just believe that. Main reason why I’m so incredibly wary of trying a new show with LGBTQIA characters->the trope.
