anyone else cling desperately to the idea of characters having a “broken soul” or being “wrong” or having to hide from the world constantly or having a “forbidden” love or being an “outlaw” or did you not grow up with a fuck ton of internalised homophobia and transphobia
#ink rambles#idkmate#im just really attached to characters that call themselves “broken” and are filled with self hatred because i see eleven year old aryan#in them#eleven year old aryan.#it feels strange to call her aryan#i call her my birth name in my head#because aryan is my name and i am a man but she...she was a little girl.#my eyes fill with tears when i think of her#she was so young#she didnt deserve to cry in the bathroom and wonder what was wrong with her#she didnt deserve to wonder why she flinched when people called her a girl and why she felt like an imposter in the wrong bathroom#anyways. time to bottle it all up and never speak of this again!
