Ah. Just thinking about Jonghyun's suicide has got me thinking. Like its scary how you really dont know what those around you are going through. Like, we're in our heads 24/7 every second,minute,and hour of everyday,we're with out thoughts. And if your thoughts are demons, that can like totally ruin your thinking. And idk i cant really put it into words but, just know, darkness doesn't last forever. Although it may seem hard at the moment, or you feel discouraged and you dont know what tomorrow will bring, I promise it will get better! I know it may seem hard to think positively or put your focus on one thing/person in your life that makes you want to live, but please dont end your life. The pain may seem unbearable but i promise youll get through it. It may seem hard, living, alone, may seem hard but I just feel like you cant make that decision to take your own life. You cant. Ive been through it before, and how no one seems to care or understant but communication really is vital. Being able to admit to yourself that you need help and that you cant do it alone, can make things easier. And anyone who is suffering from suicidal thoughts, depression, etc just know youre worth living, youre beautiful, and you're worth all the good things in life. I hope you can see that and love yourself.
