Thank you. Thank you for everything you taught me. You taught me to follow my dreams, be true to myself, to love others, to help and support others. You may be gone physically but you will never be gone from my heart.

When I’m thinking about you. I feel warm and I like to think that is you. That it’s you comforting every single one of us. I hear your voice, your oh so sweet calming voice in my head telling me it will be okay. Maybe I’m imagining it but it gives me hope. Gives me hope everything will be okay. It may not be today, tomorrow, hell it may not even be for a whole year till I’m over it. But that’s okay.

Death may do us part, but I will always remember you and everything you did for us. Because at the end of the day I know you truly aren’t gone

Dear Jonghyun

How are you? I hope you are doing well. I hope you feel no regret. Today the other members said they are continuing the concert in Japan. I can’t imagine how that is painful for them to think about. Performing without you for the first time. I know it’s gonna be hard for me to not hear you on stage enjoying yourself with the other members. They are so brave. I hope you are looking down at them and smiling for how brave they are.

If I met you I wish I could have helped you, in some ways, when you were feeling down. I wish I could have helped even if your darkest times. I wish I could have wiped your tears away and held you while whispering in your ear “it will be okay”, “I’m proud of you”, “you did good”. But I know I couldn’t have. I wish there could have been some way for me to help you. I miss you so much jonghyun, so do others. Everyone is hurting. But we aren’t angry at you for leaving us. you were so brave so how could we be mad at you? I wish I could be brave right now. I hope you don’t regret your decision because we just want you happy and smiling even if it’s not with us. Jonghyun, we love you so much. I’ll talk to you later, I hope you watch over us and are proud.

Jonghyun... it’s been snowing these last two days. Is that you telling us to be happy and smile? Do you want us to go out and play? I’ll do that for you. Because when I see snow I see something so pure and soft. I think of you because you yourself was so pure. Always thinking about others and not yourself. Looking at the snow now. I find comfort in it because it reminds me of you. How is it even when you are gone you are still helping others get through the pain?

29 days.29 days without your smile. lighting up the world. At first I felt like it was all a lie. That you were still with us. Spreading around your happiness. But now I know that’s not true. You are gone for good. and it has just hit me. I don’t know what to do I’m lost. You made me into who I am today. I feel so empty. I keep listening to your voice and I can’t help but to cry. I know you wouldn’t want this. Us to be sad but we can’t help it. You were our angel sent down to bless us with your voice. Your personality. Your smile. Your everything. You were sent down to us as a blessing but he took you back. Now you are back with the other angels and I hope you are happy. I hope you feel no pain. And that you’re constantly smiling and singing. Just remember. We are and always have been proud of you.
