2015 year of budget smartphones ?

I thought that 2015 is gonna be about drones after seeing that there were a lot of drones at CES2015 !!! but through out the year …. those budget smartphones appeared .. at first i told myself “nah , it’s the same crap-phones that appear every year who have very poor performance, poor quality and poor displays due to their low-price” but i was wrong !!! this year is different … these phones are really good (sure not like flagships but it something like %70 to %80 of their performance) asus zenfone 2 , alcatel idol 3 , all of motorola’s newest phones (all of them are awesome) , nexus 5x and that beast oneplus x !!!

 what really did make these phones different from any other phones ?? well in my opinion .. there are two main reasons : first is the impressive performance of android os (lollipop and marshmallow) second : phone’s internals (processor, RAM, storage , display …etc) have gotten cheaper !!! and this is the main reason (in my opinion) behind that great performance….

we can also include nexus 6p with them since it starts at $500 which is a killer price for what it really does offer!!! it’s the complete package that has the minimum sacrifices!!!  

if we looked at other high-priced flagship phones … they’ve improved from their previous models , but not that impressive improvement (improvement is mainly in the camera side), while these budget smartphones have closed up the gap between them and these flagships …. that’s why i bought alcatel idol 3 !!! cheap, good performance and good camera !!!

so what do u think ??? do u think in 2016 budget smartphones will be better ??
