oh my fuck i cannot explain my love for the jodie wittaker cover of yellow. like if someone started play og it over the coldplay version i think id start sobbing on the spot. it is one of my favourite things in the world and i cannot explain why.

Here’s the recipe to my absolute favourite bacon and sausage sandwich!

So first things first, oil up the pan, personally I don’t like using two separate pans for the bacon and the sausage but it’s really up to you. Make sure you put just the right amount of oil, I like it when it just barely covers the whole pan, it makes the bacon + sausages rlly crispy.

I like to use two pieces of bacon and two sausages, but again this is up to you.

Start flipping the bacon when it starts to bubble and the fat starts dripping off, and flip the sausages when the oil underneath starts to bubble. Typically you should do this once every three/four minutes.

While you wait for the bacon and sausages to cook, start preparing the bread. I like to toast the bread, again this is your choice.

After about ten minutes worth of flipping, turn off the stove and carefully place the bacon and sausages on one piece of bread or toast.

I like to have an ice cold can of Diet Coke with it but any drink will do.
