Imagine how angry Redgrave will be if Jonathan comes back to Ascalon club for anything, like asking where he got Marshal's blood for an example. But with Geoffrey in tow as an Ekon after Jonathan charmed Aloysius and used his money to heal the poor.
I want to see that audacity from Reid when he brings the Priwen leader to the snobbish vampire club as his proud progeny who is still a vampire hunter to the core. Turning Geoffrey but letting Aloysius die is the absolute defiance against Redgrave that Jonathan can show to prove he can't manipulate him.
Imagine the anger from Redgrave because he just got fooled by a newborn and bested by a hunter in terms of lineage. Jonathan choosing the "less deserving" enemy is an insult to Ascalon but knowing he can't stand up against both Jonathan and Geoffrey, we still won't get a boss fight with Redgrave because he's a coward and a fraud.
