Im kinda sad that nobody talks about how yall downplay the trauma that these little boys went through. All they ever wanted was to have fun but instead they got a life full of battles and depression. Mind u they were teenagers when it happened, like 16 years old

It's literally shown in the story that they were scared to fight but they still did it to save they're souls. They died dozens of times in the most painful ways and they even have the battle scars

Everybody talks about how mugman feels bcs of the pond scene but nobody talks about cuphead bcs hes the one who hides his feelings and doesn't wanna talk about it, and im pretty sure half of the reason is cuz he still feels guilty for making the deal even after 2 years. Thats honestly why I hate devil and dice cuz they both willingly decided to fight these little ass kids before they even knew they had those powers. They could've easily jus killed them if they didn't have them. Maybe dice is redeemed he was also brought into that life at a young age, but definitely not devil cuz he didn't care. And yall cant really bring up the bosses bcs they only fought them both for their own survival. I dont blame cagney for thinking the devil brainwashed them or sum

Devil took both of their innocent by making them go into battle, and he took advantage of dice when he was in a vulnerable state (when he was shot in the alleyway) im surprised ppl put them together cuz I really dont think devil really gaf about him. I will always hate the devil with an absolute burning passion for what he did to those 3 little boys that were jus given the wrong hand in life
