Your Pov
Just perfect, I can’t believe I had to change high schools just because Uncle Angus found out about the bullying. It’s all Ricky’s fault, that little shit twizzler so now I am going to the same school as Brad. Him and I were born on the same day in the same year, we joke saying we are twins.
“Damn (y/n) could look more pissed if you tired?” Brad asked while in the car. I look up at him from my book.
“No I can try harder wait until lunch.”
“Now (y/n), don’t get in trouble got it? Also don’t forget today at five we are going to Ikea to get your bed.”
“Yeah uncle I know.” Brad and I get out of the car. I walk to the office while Brad walks to his friends. They look like thugs so I'mma stay away from them. After getting my schedule I go to my homeroom. I take a seat in the back and pulls out my book, praying to God no one will notice me. I notice a girl came in with a guy who had a cane. They are talking and joking around. The girl sits two seats in front of me while the guy sits besides her. I read a little more while the principal makes announcements, just when the book gets really interesting the bell rings. Sighing I close it and pull my backpack off the desk. I forgot that my stuff was not all the way in and all my papers feel out. I quickly pick it up trying not to draw attention when I see two other hands. Both the girl and her friend are helping me pick up everything.
“Julie, who drop there stuff?” The guy asks.
“I don’t know, are you new?” She hands me my stuff.
“Unfortunately, trying to blend in and not draw any attention.”
“Well dropping your stuff is a great idea.”
“Alex! Don’t be an ass.” Julie says while smacking his shoulder.
“Oh thanks Alex for your words of wisdom, I’ll take them to heart.” I say while zipping up my bag.
“See Julie this chick gets it. You should learn a thing or two from her. I’m Alex.” He stuck his hand out and I shook it.
“(Y/n). Nice to meet you.” I looked over at Julie and smiled mouthing hi to her.
“You three are going to be late.” The teacher says not even looking up from his phone. We just shuffle out of the room, I ask Julie to give me directions to my next class. “Catch y'all around.” I say running to my next class.
After four classes it was finally lunch. I was sitting alone reading again when someone walked up to me, “hey how you doing?” One of those thugs said to me.
“Dude don’t hit on her.” Brad said with a threating tone.
“I’m his cousin I would appreciate it if you could leave me alone please.” I say. The guy just rolls his eyes. Julie walks up, “hey (y/n), mind if we sit with you?” I move my stuff and she sits down Alex is behind her. Brad waves at her and she shyly waves back, I’m about to ask Brad something when we hear a crash. Turns out the thug that hit on me tripped Alex. Julie gets up to help Alex while I walk over to the this before Brad can, “Dude don’t be a douchebag. Just because you have a small brain hat barely works, doesn’t mean you can bully people.”
The guy walks over to me towering over me, “You got a big mouth, wonder what else it can do.” As he starts laughing I kick him in punch him in the stomach.
“Say something again asshole I dare you.” I turn and sit back down giving Brad a high five. He sits next to me as the thug leaves.
“My dad told you not to get in trouble.”
“Technically, I am not in trouble, twin.” I give him a cheeky smile. He just shakes his head snickering and steaks my fries.
“Hey, thanks for helping out.” Alex says.
I just shrug, “No biggie be was creeping me out, plus I think he was going to hit on Julie.” She looks at me with a disgusted face.
“Nice face Julie.” Alex says.
“That shows we hang out to much.” She says then looks at me, “mind if I hang with you, anymore time with him and I might go deaf from his sarcasm.” I laugh and nodd.
“Hey Alex we still practicing?” I drop my mouth open before I can stop myself, “Wait is this guy your running track with?”
“Shocking right? And I have only fallen once.” Alex smirks at me.
“Yeah, twin. See you after school.” He gets up and leaves.
“So your dad is the one that’s helping Brad. Thanks, bets him being in juvie.” I say.
“wait he was going to go to juvie.”
“Yeah, sorry to break it you Juls but your bad boy is actually bad.” She smacks him again while turning red. I laugh so hard.
