Celebrating #Timkat in #Gonder, Ethiopia, was an experience of a lifetime. The Lalibela rock hewn churches were carved out of the rocks almost 900 years ago. Today they continue to be used by Ethiopian Orthodox Christians for their daily prayers. #igers_ethiopia #ig_ethiopia (at Lalibela, Ethiopia)
