So this was it. Her final voyage. Ahsoka couldn’t believe that she had truly failed. A part of her was glad that she wasn’t returning to her village on Shili. She wouldn’t be able to face the villagers, too ashamed of not having made the cut. With no Master wanting to train her, and Master Plo not being allowed, there was no place for her in the temple any longer. To the Agricorps it was, instead. She didn’t know why no Master picked her, but she suspected it was her impulsive streak that displeased most.
When they were already in space, she was told that the ship transported provisions for the troops stationed on Christophsis and that they were going to stop there first. At least that gave her the opportunity to help the war effort and perhaps catch a glimpse of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi for one last time.
The ship landed and clone troopers entered. Ahsoka helped them carry some of the boxes, anything to feel useful. When she stepped out of the ship and placed a few boxes on the pile, she saw that the city was a mess and that they were under siege. Nobody had told her that it didn’t look too well for them! There was no sight of Master Kenobi, but she spotted Master Skywalker instantly and rushed over. “Master Skywalker! I’m learner Ahsoka Tano.” Ahsoka gave a quick little bow of respect. She’d usually be more nervous to speak to him, but it was an emergency. “Is there anything I can do to be of help here?”
