In S1Ep6 when Mr Grove's wife dies and Miss Mardle walks him home but he doesn't invite her in and starts crying as soon as the door closes behind him. Does he cry because of his wife or because of Miss Mardle? Or both? I mean he'd obviously be sad because his wife died but I think there's something else because it's kind of a turning point for the Grodle relationship...I think he's decided to end it with Josie and seeing her wanting so desperately to be with him just makes it so much harder. I believe he has real feelings for her. Idk...I spend too much time thinking about Mr Selfridge...the show...not the man...
