When one of your most loyal clients call and say to you"ChefCurt Will, me and my sister are almost up to here with this COVID-19 stuff”, I know you’ve haven’t reopened your place to guest since this thing started, and your place was effected by the Texas freeze. However, please just cook us some Asian food, that’s beyond what we can do for our husbands and they love your food! So for your viewing pleasure and my clients dining experience, I’ve prepared for you peppered steak upon request, the ladies brought their wine, and the men brought their beer! As it is our custom to only provide the glasses, I must admit, it was nice to cook again at Faye Jewels LaMansion, although the construction from the freeze isn’t done yet, only these clients were allowed. I present to you for your viewing pleasure and my Tuesday night dining experience a Buffalo infused turkey burger, topped with melted shaved Bellafoglia Parmesan cheese, drenched with Buffalo sauce, surrounded by toasted thick sliced Brioche style soft and sweet bread. Well look what just got added to tomorrow’s menu, since it’s so hard to get into the farmers markets on airline due to renovations, stopped by H-E-B off of Hwy 288S and saw something I couldn’t resist, always clean them twice no matter how good they look, you never knew who was handling them, and don’t forget the steams, that’s where all the nutrients are, and by all means don’t cook them to death.
