Well look what just got added to tomorrow’s menu, since it’s so hard to get into the farmers markets on airline due to renovations, stopped by H-E-B off of Hwy 288S and saw something I couldn’t resist, always clean them twice no matter how good they look, you never knew who was handling them, and don’t forget the steams, that’s where all the nutrients are, and by all means don’t cook them to death.
