When the person that ripped your heart in half claims to be a new person and that they’ve changed and you’re still sitting there with scars on your body left from the pain and worthlessness they made you feel, it’s pretty hard to take that seriously especially when they’ve made no effort to try to show they have any remorse for the cruelty they put your soul through that fucked you up so bad that you don’t have feelings anymore
I want to smash my heart with a hammer to let the flowers inside grow. They need oxygen and I’ve suffocated myself.
Now I have someone that actually shows remorse for when they hurt me and it still amazes me every time. Ilyt.e.
