you will be one of the saddest memories in my life. i hated you. you were awful. you did not cater to antisocial people like me at all. seriously, one racing game for two people? chips and salsa? not even your cream puffs could make up for the lack of entertainment. and don’t even get me started on how i was sitting ALONE for at least and HOUR, or awkwardly following people around the rest of the time. are you KIDDING me. well, really, i guess this is my own fault. for wanting to go, for not being good at socializing and having friends and pretending to tolerate 16 year old boys who are literally the most pretentious human beings i have ever met in my life. i was in tears by the end of this. oh, and the preprom garbage. how many goddamn pictures do people need? and my eyes are all squinty and as frickin stupid as that sounds it still makes me so mad. i will not go to prom ever again. it was just not welcoming to people who don’t want to dance or take pictures or talk to other people. now you might be thinking that that is the exact opposite of prom, and you’d be right.

I just had a dream about prom and I got asked by my crush and it was the cutest thing ever but then I woke up and thats just great because he doesn’t even know me and I’m never getting asked to prom unless I pay someone so thats just dandy. Ugh, dammit, I would never have dreamt this if EVERYONE wasn’t talking about prom and how they were afraid this guy would ask them before the other guy and how they don’t know what to say if the “wrong guy” asks them first and I kind of envy people who are in that situation.
why do you have to ask me about prom if you know I'm not going? I am so ready to be done with high school so i don't have to deal with these manipulative lunatics. Prom is one night, once it's over, what the hell are you going to to with your life?
