Hi folks🙂 I noticed for a moment, that on some of my social networks accounts, particulary Instagram, I stop adding followers, I actually lost some regulary. I wonder if you have an idea why ... What can I do to improve my accounts ? My captions aren’t enough precise ? The pictures not good enough ? Should I add another type of content ? Feel free to give me any advices, they will be very welcome, I really would like to know what you think and improve myself . Question about Weight Watchers?

So are you supposed to eat ALL of the points or is it okay to eat less?? I had 13 pts left last night and I wont eat again til Dinner and I have 21 pts left for the day. (I'm given 32 daily) Can someone clarify that for me please?
