FEEL GOOD DAY 1. Our 0800 AM Dr's appointment this morning at Kissimmee - 2 hrs drive from home. His last name is KATA. I thought he is Pacific Islanders, but he is Polish. Our 1st time to see him. He was #happy when he walked in. I told him that "KATA" in Tongan means laugh. He said, "Now I know why I am a happy man" #kata 2. On the way home, we were yearning for a restaurant #breakfast We know, few places are opening up with limited capacity. Not far from the Dr Office was this #ihop #ihoprestaurant Saw the sign "open for takeout" but decided to check it out. And it was opened for sitting in. Few customers. Everyone wear masks. Staff wear masks & gloves. Brittany our waiter introduced herself & said, it is her first day to come back to work. We said, it's our first day to dine in since late February. They have set up the restaurant to ensure safe distances. We felt at ease(safe) inside rather than being in a crowded shop. We wear our masks all the time, until we eat. We also have a bottle of sanitizer. Man, it felt so good to finally sit down & eat a proper meal rather than drive through or my own cooking. The #food was #delicious and HUGE! I had to bring half of my food back home to my dogs. The meal cost $23.00 I looked at my wallet for cash for the tips. There were $13 in it. Without hesitation, I gave it all to Britanny as her tips. Thanking her for the excellent services, the good food & welcoming her back to work. OH my God, she was smiling even more and keeps thanking us. Tips should be $5. I know why she smiles as the extra $ will start adding up to all her lost income during #covid-19 Millions are still out of work and millions still hasn't received their rescue check or some payments from the small business loans. Our dining in & good gestures will help someone along the way. It will help us Plumbers too. More people work & getting paid, more works for us.
