yes i am doing the in depth analysis on the newcomers psychology from ii and no one can stop me

it's crazy how jack compares eliminating another contestant to the attempted murder of one saying that tapey should receive the same jurisdiction as him

as well as the fact that tapey seems to agree with him as she is indeed scared for her life

even if she somehow got lightbulb out intentionally and made a sneaky play, the other contestants would at most look at her with distrust, not lock her up

because to the others eliminating someone ≠ an actual threat

but to jack and tapey, who never got a real chance at the game, death and getting eliminated are the same thing, because the game is their life

which is honestly very parallel to a lot of the newcomers in the game (everyone in s1 and the newbies from s2) except they either had a chance to live outside the game (like in hotel OJ), been in multiple seasons and therefore saw through the game past the high and what destruction it was causing (like marsh) or have witnessed the canon event of the ii movie

except in this case jack and tapey witnessed none of that

though this does make me wonder why jack and tapey act this way and not the other newcomers who haven't had a chance to compete in a season (besides cammy, metag, etc. because they presumably had lives outside of the game)

like why doesn't box or teddy act like this? well it could be because they got to touch grass and jack and tapey didn't ever get to leave me phone's head

though wouldn't this make them more inclined not to JUMP OFF A HAUNTED MANSION TOO TOP AND RISK DYING *ahem* so that they won't return to that 'blue wasteland'?

i mean they must've seen everyone pop up in the events of the ii movie and then do the escape thing and then pop up irl again and put two and two together to figure out that the digital wasteland was the afterlife

so either 1. tapey and jack are stupid and have not come to this conclusion 2. they were somehow created after the events of the ii movie (which might be possible because mephone's oc's popped up long after he came up with the idea, but it was assumed that they all came at one general period so this wouldn't make much sense, plus the shimmer energy which allows mephone to make new characters was removed so this is unlikely) or 3. they are so messed up mentally that they would rather die than get eliminated and treat elimination not only equal to death, but WORSE than death

and ig technically teddy and spikey had a chance at the game so they don't feel as ROBBED as tapey or jack, and box and bonesaw have the whole delusional 'we were the original final two' going on so they feel like they won in some way ig

point is tapey and jack are messed up but the fault falls mostly on circumstance

I'm really hating how iiv has been painting the Bright Lights

It feels like they're only focusing on fan and test tube just because Paintbrush is gone and therefore that means Lightbulb can't interract with either of them because she doesn't have her "partner" or something.

Season 4 is doing a decent job straying away from "their whole personality is each other" thing, but not well enough. Paintbrush can still interract with Fan and Test Tube; they're not DEAD or anything. I hate how the only person Paintbrush has really interracted with this season is lightbulb. I would bet my last few bucks that if Paintbrush was in the game, lightbrush would be canon (or at least as hinted at as fantube is being). That pisses me OFF.

PLEEAAAASEE give me a fanbrush scene. There's NO way Paintbrush saw one of their closest friends get struck by lightning and set on fire and they just don't give a shit. There's no way Paintbrush doesn't care that one of their other closest friends is stressed and distraught by it. The Bright Lights (paintbrush, test tube, lightbulb and fan specifically) are a friend GROUP. Paintbrush has cared about Fan and Test Tube in the past. Fuck, did seeing him nearly die not trigger their memory of seeing him die last time?????

This is what I mean when I say II has fallen off. They're not paying attention to all of the characters anymore. They're just focusing on the more popular ones. Fuck, even Jack has very little screentime. I don't give a FUCK about fantube or payjay CAN WE PLEASE GIVE LIGHT TO THE ACTUALLY INTERESTING CHARACTERS

I know it's only episode 4, but in just these four episodes, they have given decent depth to the other more "popular" characters. So why the fuck can't they give the others some too.

They live in a SOCIETY now. Eliminated contestants are still there. It's not hard to explore the society more even WITH the competition going on. Give me Paintbrush scenes. Let me know what Paintbrush is feeling. Let me know what's going on with Baseball and Nickel and Balloon. Let me know how Clover's holding up, where Tissues is, where MEPHONE is.

have most of their interactions so far been really gay? yeah, but they are dating so I can't blame them genuinely loving eachother's company & stuff???? idk so what after paper outright states that him and oj are dating suddenly we're being forced payjay??

also I can't lie I love paper this season I really liked him in the second episode and he's been getting even better for me, his freak out towards poppy wasn't ok I will never defend him or anyone for their actions towards poppy but it makes so much sense why everyone (especially paper) acts the way they do around them. (Imagine if mephone met poppy oh man that'd suck)

so ramble over ig?? I love payjay I can't wait to see more of it because it just makes me so happy to see them both with people they love

sorry for the mini side rant about paper's crashout I just love talking about it because of how that made people turn against him I think? I love that I get to express my opinions over ii shit on here

Tiny bit of a inanimate insanity rant but yea

I have an absurd amount of feelings and emotions surrounding inanimate insanity and how much it changed my life I could go on and on about it for hours specifically how the contestants all quite literally learned to change and grow and work on themselves and become more than what they were supposed to be by Mephone and I think that the change shown in them is beautiful and it helped me see that I could change too even though my past makes me feel like I’ll always stay the same person

How did box's corpse do all those things? Like vote during season 3 or paint (during that one comic). How did box's corpse do all that, and what type of abilities does box herself have? I really do wish we get to see more maybe someday?

Also, theoretically bow, dough, and knife can get bodies again. They can possess inanimate (lol) objects so theoretically they could possess a robot or smth? We know TestTube can build one.

Also, another thing, can't TestTube just repair MePad? I am pretty sure Cob's lab is still open, so you really can yoink the things needed? Ofc ik unless like the memory or other important nerd junk was damaged that might affect MePad's personality?

Also, I am sorry Cobbs is weak af, that means he made mephone 4 with really shitty material! Anyways.. WHO WANTS POPCORN?

Why I think that a remake of II's S1 wont happen

Inanimate Insanity's channel, AnimationEpic, has recently posted a video titled "Inanimate Insanity (S1, 2011) - All Episodes" onto their Youtube channel, consisting of every episode that is in S1. Yet fans have currently been going insane over it due to the last few seconds of the upload that weren't originally in the first season:

Now at first glance, it seems like S1 may be remade due to the fact that this was shown in the last few seconds of the S1 compilation posted recently. Yet I want to prove here in this post that this speculation may not be true.

Now, let's first understand on what a remake could be. A remake, by definition, states that it is something on which would be made again or differently. Let's look into the "different" aspect of what a remake of II's S1 could be.

One thing different may consist of is the plot of it. Now, this may seem reasonable at first glance when you think of it. The plot was made by pre-teens and of course, their creations may seem a bit odd a first, so for the same show now to polish it up seems like an easy idea. YET, remaking the plot itself would be impossible to do without an entire remake of the entire series as a whole. Because S1, even if it may seem a bit sloppy, has a plot that shall not be tampered with unless AnimationEpic want some plot holes in their story. Which I'm sure that they would NOT want after all of these 14 years. Changing the plot of it would not make sense at all due to the fact that it was revealed in the II movie that the contestants were created by MePhone4, who was a child back then and possibly didn't know much about social life, possibly because of Cobs' sheltering him away, leading to the reason why S1 seems so stereotypical in a sense. And keep in mind that this was newly established. The writers at AnimationEpic could've felt the need of not adding that into the movie if they wanted to. Yet they DID! Leading me to believe that a S1 remake would only make the characters MORE stereotypical, which I feel like waters down the show as a whole, meaning that the potential S1 remake will HAVE to be as similar as possible to the original if AnimationEpic doesn't want to remake the other two.

Second of all, as of writing this, AnimationEpic had posted something onto their Community Tab on Youtube (Or what it's called now, "Posts.") a month ago, stating that "Inanimate Insanity will continue, 2025." Notice on how it says "Continue" and not any other word. The team specifically CHOSE that word for a reason. They will be CONTINUING the story of II based off the fact of that single word that they used. It says nothing about there being a remake at all, it just shows us the fact that there will be more original content of our characters soon.

And if you don't at all believe anything else that I've said up into this point: Think about the effort that is made when making a season of a show. The voice acting, animation, directing, writing, soundtrack, and everything else that I'm forgetting that is done when making a season of a show. It takes a LOT of effort when making it. AnimationEpic already has a S1 and if they decided to remake it, they would just be wasting time and resources if they at all did.

NOW, What could AnimationEpic be really hinting at? Well, looks look back at when fans are going crazy at, the last line of that message. "We may be due for an upgrade." Notice the fact that they say "Upgrade" and not "Remake" first off. And, by looking at the Oxford definition of Upgrade, which means "To raise (something) to a higher standard, in particular improve (equipment or machinery) by adding or replacing components." You may see what could be happening now. AnimationEpic will be continuing their story with a new season with an upgraded plot, meaning that it will be improved by the fact that AnimationEpic will no longer be doing a competition show, replacing it with a more cast-central theme to it. NOW HOLD ON, I know that you might be skeptical of my claim. But just think about it for a second. Does a new competition fit into the story of II? MePhone4 at first, in a sense, never wanted the show to end, but at the end of the II movie, it was clearly seen that MePhone4 was walking away, leaving the contestants behind. This shows that MePhone4 is clearly not a candidate for a host. Anybody else I feel in my personal opinion would be unfit for a role as major as a host. Plus the fact that there is no other way that someone can get a prize due to the fact that the prize money in S1 was clear to be generated by MePhone4, and also no clear need for money to them. Leading me to believe that II will no longer rely on the fact that it's a competition show.

Now, that is all that I have to say on this matter at hand. Feel like you agree, disagree? Feel free to let me know. Otherwise, this whole rant if you didn't feel like reading the entire thing which, is reasonable. Was about the fact that my personal viewpoint goes against the II fandoms' opinion that a S1 remake will be done. Which, keep in mind, is my opinion. I could be proven wrong, which I will be okay with! At the end of the day, II is coming soon. And it's up for us, the audience, to wait and see what brings new of II.

What the HELL is the actual timeline for s2 and s3?! What. Happened!!! Did mephone make some kind of pocket dimension?? And if that were the case how did time work? How long apart was s2 and s3 in universe.

On another note! WHEN DID CABBY, CANDLE AN GOO ARRIVE?? did mephone bring the s3 contestants to the party?? Last we saw they were still in cabby's Library!! What the fuck!!! WHAT THE FUCKKKK.
