Top comment: Hi y'all, this is the second part of the baseball flags I made. There’s a lot of letters, so hopefully this set isn't too busy, but I'm still pretty happy with how these came out. Anyway's, here's the symbolism behind them: [**NL East**](https://imgur.com/a/KhxB0QL) * *Atlanta Braves* - 3 stripes represent 3 world series titles, and the red and yellow triangles are a stylized tomahawk, with the A in to represent the team. * *Miami Marlins* - 2 stripes to represent 2 world series wins, with a sun rising over miami beach, also a bit of a homage to the Miami Vice aesthetic. * *New York Mets* - The flag of the city of new york, with the mets classic blue pinstripes on the white center. * *Philadelphia Phillies* - Loosely styled after William Penn's coat of arms, The liberty bell represents Philadelphia and 2 stars represent 2 world series titles. * *Washington Nationals* - Based on the city flag of Washington DC, one star represents a world series title, and the 2 stripes are a nod to the duality of the franchise. [**NL Central**](https://imgur.com/a/LoW7GWF) * *Chicago Cubs* - This design here is the Chicago flag in Wrigley’s ivy outfield wall. (For those unfamiliar, Wrigley is a 100 year old ballpark with and the ivy outfield wall is classic). Wrigley also flys a “W” flag over the ballpark after wins, which is flown by cubs fans all over the city, so I could have just used that, but it felt like cheating. It’s definitely different and I go back on forth on how I feel about this one, so I’m curious to see what everyone else thinks. * *Cincinnati Reds* - The city flag of Cincinnati with the city C replaced with the Red's classic wishbone C, also a loose homage to the original hats worn by the team. * *Milwaukee Brewers* - Three stripes are a homage to the cities history as a destination for German immigrants, the 2 blue stries represent Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee river, and the gold stripe represents the wheat for brewing, the team's MB logo is at the center. * *Pittsburgh Pirates* - The pirates logo as the jolly roger. * *St Louis Cardinals* - The city flag of St Louis with the fluer de lis replaced the the interlocking STL logo. [**NL West**](https://imgur.com/a/chBeoqb) * *Arizona Diamondbacks* - Sort of based on the state flag of Arizona, with the top half representing the diamondback rattlesnake, the red feild represents the desert, and the "sand" triangles representing the mountains in the state, with the A at the center to represent the state rallying around the diamondbacks. * *Colorado Rockies* - Based on the city of Denver flag. The mountains represnt the rockies, and the C comes from the state flag to represent the rockies as a team for all of Colorado. * *Los Angeles Dodgers* - The city flag of Los Angeles in the dodgers colors, with the interlocking LA logo in the center. * *San Diego Padres* - The bell tower of the San Diego Mission to represent the team's namesake, the gold and white feild represents the golden coast, and is a homage to the Vatican flag. * *San Francisco Giants* - Designed to represent the stripes on the Giants classis "cream" jerseys. The blue cut in the upper right represents Mcovey Cove (a distictive feature of the ballpark, where the park abruptly ends at the ocean)
