Random unrelated headcannon but Trophy has definitely been through the ringer a few times toxic relationship wise and has seen a lot of shit. So when he heard about what happened between Mic and Taco he just immediately became subconsciously protective of her and that slowly became a pretty decent friendship.

Like Knife and Trophy might dislike each other but the one thing that connects them is that they're both friends with Mic and the MINUTE Mic has a bad day and starts hurting over Taco's betrayal a silent truce has been made and they will get along for a solid 1-3 hours if it means making Mic feel better.

Mic finds it sweet that they both care so much and Pickle finds it absolutely hilarious to watch Knife and Trophy switch between glaring at each other from across the room and comforting Mic 💀.
