Unfortunately the last few weeks has caught up with me, being a carer then losing my dad and then the funeral has landed me in bed with the flu. Sean my gorgeous husband is making me juices and soups. We are a bit brain dead for new ideas. We would love to know whats your go to soup, juice or even food when you are all fluey and aches and pains. This is what high level cortisol does causes the weakest area in your body to break down. Intermittent fasting is great I will do a time resisted feeding juicing from 7am morning to 7pm at night and fasting between. There are a few different ways to fast but this is great for my flu.
