How utterly repulsive, unbearable is the mere sight of such a major apparel he so graciously offers; dehumanizing he must be devising, you are his little ploy in this charade. The thought of parental guardians, whether of death or of living, customizing their adopted offsprings to suit their expectations fueled rebellious intent; pouts poked your tongue outward in expressive disgust, disdain painting alabaster countenance with judgemental glace and knitted brows, a glimmer of quizzical stains the canvas upon realization.

how about you write about adam as a father? as a grandfather?

ehh, it’s a little complicated, much like him. because of his situation && him not wanting to be with anybody but blake ( in my mainverse, at least ), children aren’t exactly on his mind at all. his entire predicted future doesn’t involve positive assumptions && desires. he has learned to expect the worst && knows better than to hope && to want for anything that he doesn’t truly need.

he’s also scared that he’d be a god awful dad. he’s not half as much like his parents as he once was. he’s become callous, incredibly paranoid, && struggles immensely with intrusive thoughts && unwarranted, sudden -- appearing feelings. he can adore something one day && despise it out of fear of what it could do to him the next. 

on top of that, he has issues with mental health && substance abuse && would not want to work with or live around humans, meaning the family would very likely have to adapt to his childhood way of life of gather, grow, && work with what you’ve got.

but on his good days, he’d love his kids with all his heart && try his best to provide for them && raise them to hopefully not know the suffering he && blake experienced no matter what it takes. it’s just... would trying be enough ? would the good make up for the inevitable bad ?

because of all that, i at least know that he would never plan to have them. they can only be the result of foolishness.
