The quickest in the family to accept you is Kiri and Tuk, Lo’ak was a bit hesitant and confused on how Neteyam got you.
And then it was Jake and.. not even Neytiri.
In Neytiri’s eyes you’re literally Spider 2.O, which drivers her to the absolute ends. She stares at Neteyam in denial and anger.
Which you don’t blame her off, because the RDA literally robbed her of everything and called it a day 🙁.
You eventually met Mo’at, who looks at you as her future grandchild in law. She’s rooting for Neteyam!!
The way you and Neteyam met was how Jake and Neytiri met, but you were hostile with Neteyam.
Cause it was like “how did you find me? You weren’t supposed to find me!!”
And He’s so unfazed, he’s like 🧍?.
After you realize how unfazed the 20 ft late the cat is, you explain that you got lost and was running away from the RDA because they wanted you to be their mini spy.

And that was the story of how two met? Now that you two are secretly dating but someone found out. Now that happened, Neytiri is slowlyyy warming up to the point you would’ve thought she accepted spider as her own kind by now.

You’re learning the way of Omatikaya by Mother Mo’at, and Neytiri some days. Which you catch on fast, because you’re dedicated and you actually wanna earn Neytiri’s trust.

The whole sully family is shocked and scared cause dang, not even Jake says that to his own son and it’s not even said unless someone is on the verge of dying.
Cheering and whooping because Neteyam found his true love, they can see you constantly, and you’re apart of their family without drama!!
Dating Neteyam is like being younger version of Jake and Neytiri. Riding for each other constantly and never leaving each others side.
Riding the same ikran together during war or date nights because he can’t afford to lose someone he worked hard for, and for his mother’s grant.
You two do each other’s war paint, and wear matching clothings. He even does your hair and you do his! With the same beads and all.
You two were there for each other through grief, anger, happiness, and tiredness.

His family came to seek Uturu, after that battle in the forest with side-chic-wannabe-Quaritch.
You and Tsireya heard the whispers of people from a different clan coming to seek Uturu.
Hopping off your ilu’s and leaving the water. Just to be met with the beauty of the eldest sully, Neteyam and Ao’nung literally picking on them.
Putting Ao’nung in his place and Neteyam smirking.

Since you are in training of becoming a Tsahìk , you help Tonowari explain the importance of becoming a Metkayina and the availability to learn their ways.
Ao’nung protesting against his Father in which you speak up against your brother.

Now you’re in the water with the Sully’s , with Neteyam preferably. Guiding him how to hold his breath before he ride the Ilu.

It didn’t take him long like Lo’ak, he caught on and you liked that about him, he was also respectful!!

And it’s his tail hitting the ground.
You and Neteyam got attached by the hip to each other like, a week or two later. Older sibling bonding is going crazy
Complaining about sibling drama, helping each other with each other’s parents, trading items, and sharpening each other’s weapons.

It’s been months and months and Neteyam came to realize that he does have feelings for you. But what if you don’t like him back tho?

To express his feelings for you, he searches for the prettiest items, including shells (he nearly died like 3 times but that’s fine) to court you.

Now that you two are “secretly” dating… it means more time together in the ocean and bonding with stories and his siblings.

It was all going great until Ao’nung ran his mouth to his mother.

Anyways, between you and Neteyam, you two talk about how you both are gonna break it down to your demons of a mother and finally suck it up and do so. Starting with Neteyam first.
“Mother, me and Y/N had finally came to the conclusion that we are made for each other..”
Clutching his tail and Neytiri just sits there and ground some herbs she bought from her home.

Ao’ sulking because he thought his mother wouldn’t accept, but he’s just protective and loves his older sister.
Well now that you two are dating, that means Ronal is 50% more tougher on Neteyam. Making him ground herbs, carry heavy stuff, and hunt for certain fishes. He doesn’t mind tho!
Him and Ao’nung are growing their bond, and forgive each other.
There will still be war, but sometimes you fight, sometimes you don’t, but when you stay back, you make pastes for healing , especially for Neteyam because he just can’t seem to come back with NO scratches or blood on him.
You scolding him like a mom.

Your siblings all bonding with each other, telling traumatic stories and just funny stories while bonding.
Spider and Ao’nung getting along, Rotxo and Kiri talking (aww cutiessss) , Tuk now and then joining, but looking out for Pril with Ronal. Lo’ak and Tsireya being love birds as usual.
You two share a lot of moments together, and maybe being here doesn’t seem bad to Neteyam. The sea gives and the see takes, took away his home and gave you, his other home🥹.

You met him through a celebratory ritual

After the celebratory ritual which lasted hours, everybody decided it was time to wrap things up, call it a day of hard work.

The next day follows up, and everybody’s busy, maybe kids are playing, some are helping with ingredients.
But Neteyam is training, and wowww look at that, so are you!! In the same area too?!
Neteyam realized it’s you, and accidentally shot his arrow which almost killed you. In which Neteyam immediately rushed over to check and see if you’re alright, and apologized a good 3 times sincerely. But what confuses him is you’re laughing it off as if you almost didn’t die in the hands of a warrior, your own kind at that?😭

The conversations shifts into you complementing his shooting style and arrow design, he compliments you back and history.

Tuk overheard and rushed with joy.
Well , Lo’ak was the reason you and Neteyam started dating.. and Jake is just like “not again Eywa..”

After dating through Lo’ak and Tuk’s wording, you two grew to experience more with each other and became each others training assistances. A break for Jake I guess?
Trading bows on certain days, along with other head guards 🥹.
