Why have some past collaborations included Neru characters when they are original characters (have different appearances, actual names, etc)?
We knew somebody was going to ask this question sooner or later www but allow us to explain!
Neru is undoubtedly one of the most popular producers to this day who religiously uses both Rin and Len. Lost One no Goukoku has been hanging on in the weekly ranking even until today and one of his newer songs Dappou Rock has been getting a considerable amount of attention since it was uploaded (it has more than 1mil views and gaining as we speak). The scale of his contribution helped out with Rin and Len's popularity a lot.
Since some of them are just OCs (e.g Yamaguchi/Tanaka, Tsuji/Azuma) they’re sometimes interpreted as Rin/Len plus both of them sing in those songs too. We felt it was appropriate to include his songs which had a duo male and female character as thanks to his immense contribution to the fandom.
