As some of you may know, I do all the maps for @ikishinofficial! This is an updated version of the hometown I’ve been working on.

The hometown, as seen on Ikishin.com, was split into 2 parts at first. However, that left the north side with two houses that had no real purpose, and a near empty southern map. 

With that, I decided to put everything into one map now, keeping the layout of the northern map. Top left house is the elder’s house, top right is a shop, bottom right is your own house, and bottom left has yet to be determined, but could house the misc. characters that attend the elder’s Ikishin summoning lessons.

In your travels, you will meet with several village elders who will train you in summoning these creatures. You will be taught how to create new spirit crystals, how to summon Ikishin, and how to fight alongside them in battles!

But little do you know, your training isn’t for fun and games. A threat from the ancient past is returning, and together with your partner Ikishin, you must stop this threat before everything you know and love is destroyed!

Ikishin is going to become a browser-based game now, thanks to our new team member Morichinatsu! I would like to say I'm really grateful to be working with her and the rest of the team to get this project back up and running. Sadly, we can not give you an estimated date on when you all will be able to play Ikishin. That will be a long ways away and a lot of progress has to be made first. However, expect to see screenshots of features from time to time!
