The raven heaved out a breath before entering the shop,
not really paying much mind to any of the staff as he walked in. He had been requested to take the day away from hunting and focus on studying a bit more on creatures that they seem to have been getting reports about lightly. While the company did have different tiers for the most common demons that roamed the streets, there were some that they had been hearing about that weren’t really in their books just yet.
Light blue eyes glanced at the clerk at the counter, bit didn’t really spare a FRIENDLY remark or even a nod to say hello. He instead moved through the bookstore and searched for a few books that he need, pulling out about three before allowing his frame to go and sit down in silence. Thankfully the place was quiet, so he wouldn’t have to worry about being BOTHERED.

The small snake hugged him back and gave Lutz a kiss on the cheek. “If you’re done, do you want to go to a festival? There’s a summer festival in town and I thought it would be nice to take a break.”

Yuu was in the middle of serving a customer. Being the chef and host at the same time wasn’t the most optimal way of running the business. Thankfully the tables were not too far from each other. For a weeknight, it was fairly full, the only seat left was on the bar-style tables.
Once his hands were free, he wiped his hands on a cloth and quickly gave the new customer a menu and a cup of hot tea. “ Please take your time to view our dinner sets. Our special side dish for tonight is stewed sweet pumpkin. ” And once he finished, Yuu disappeared into the back kitchen.
