mental health
starting to work on mental health. it’s officially at an all time low. I don’t love myself. and not loving myself has put a strain on my love for others. i’ve changed quite a bit over the years, and not for the better.
here’s the first thing i’m going to do:
each morning i’m gonna stand in front of the mirror and tell myself three things I like about me. sounds dumb, I know. but i’m gonna give it a go.
this morning my three compliments to myself were:
1. you work hard at everything you do.
2. my smile is actually pretty nice and I should show it more.
3. my empathy for others has made a difference.
