They wouldn't leave him alone. He kept making and throwing jewelry, each time heavier and more intricate. It was only when they were so laden with broaches and necklaces that they couldn't fly that they finally stopped bothering him.

He picks up a sleeve and it glimmers in the light. "Here, wait a second." His other hand touches it, and the surface goes liquid. He traces his hand up, the metal flowing upwards to follow. It swirls and branches and blossoms, curling into delicate spirals. He reaches over and tucks it behind her ear. A flower, gleaming silver against the daisies and chrysanthemums. "Thanks."

Reference sheet for Il-Ter! theletterwsartflap requested it, and I figured it'd be a nice thing to have around for anyone else who might be drawing him, whether it's for the OC Ball or otherwise. Other notes for Il-Teryssh: ~He's a lami (a snake-like race), but something caused his body to be very unusual for the lami, and have all sorts of oddities. ~His lower body's movement is restricted by the presence of vestigal legs under the skin. The muscle long ago atrophied, but the bones remain. He has to drag himself along the ground with his arms, or use some sort of vehicle. He's hella strong because of this, he weighs quite a lot. ~He can shape metal with his mind, provided he's touching it. ~His skin isn't naturally silver. He was born with peach-toned skin that fades to deep green on his back. The silver is his 'tell,', a visual marker of his power level. As he burns through energy while shaping metal, the silver in his skin drains away. When completely depleted, all silver is gone and he's his natural color again.
~He's lactose intolerant but absolutely loves dairy (especially cheese). It makes him sick when he eats it but he'll usually sneak a bite anyway. This isn't actually helpful but I think it's cute.

The last of my official OC Ball submissions. Il-Ter is a metalshaping lamia, and this lovely lady here is named Lamia. I had to draw them together. Lady Lamia belongs to lovelycraft, and she is a boatload of fun to draw. This set was so much fun.
