Day 23. #1 & #2

Didn't have the best of sleeps in my new room. This is the worst room I've ever slept in, ever! Apart from hearing what seems to be a car screeching and hitting another car every 10 minutes, I shouldn't let the lack of sleep ruin my day of sight seeing. Charlotte and I went to (#1) 'Ile Sainte-Hèléne' then over to (#2) 'Ile Notre-Dame' which entitled yet more walking!! #1 didn't take too long to get to by tube with only one change, but then nothing is really far or difficult to get to. When we reached #1 it was huge! There was no way we were walking all the way around it, biking would have been the better option though we didn't have one plus the shop to get one on the island was a long bloody walk to get to! Before we started doing any major walks I was starving!! There's no chance I'm going to walk for hours without food and most likely get lost in this heat! Char wasn't hungry.. As she swallows her burger and chips in seconds.. Everything on the island was expensive and they have some great museums available. Walking around there's also a huge theme park, as far as sight seeing goes it is perfect to sit back and relax. The scenery is beautiful, peaceful, and I'm quite a loud, bubbly person and I was chilled at this island!! It takes a lot to make me go mute!
