you knock on your sisters door, you know she's still awake because you can ever so faintly hear the sound of her tv from outside the door.
( or maybe it's her computer ... ?? )
REGARDLESS. you know that you're not waking her up ... which is really all that matters. a gentle knock is given and you slip inside as the door is cracked open for you. fingertips twiddle together, you wear an almost sheepish expression on your features as you look towards your sister.
