January Blues using @illamasqua Apply an eye primer all over eyelid. Next pencil over the lower part of the eyelid with a blue eye kohl blended out first with a firm eyeshadow brush and then with a fluffy brush (only up to the crease of the eye.) Apply Spectacle Eyeshadow with a flat brush and blend upwards and outwards not going too far past the crease of the eye. Use the fluffy brush to slightly wing the shadow outwards from the corner of the eye . Add a winged eyeliner using Mislead Eyeliner Cake. Apply Superior Liquid Metal all over lid then blend Empowering Iconic Chrome Pigment into the centre of the eyelid. Finish with Mascara & Corrupter Gel to get this glossy look. Tip: Try this bold look with clean productless brows for a more editorial finish.
