Scroll through that Kingdarkstalker bastard's blog and you'll see. That and also that one video essay that makes Tui out to be a neo-nazi racist pedophilic ableist colonizer which, hey, was made by a friend of Kingdarkstalker. I've seen a lot of bad opinions (characters like Anemone/Peril/etc being unjustified brats)(more gore in WoF = good writing)(Webs being a great character), but any one that accuses Tui of being a horrible person based off of what is quite honestly nitpicking and being trapped in a certain headspace for a long while

Carnelian, I haven't seen much Carnelian content lately

Let's see....

First Impression

Way back when I first read the books, definitely just: "man she's really rude and mean to Moon :(" and not much more.

Current Impression

Wasted potential. Very much wasted potential. Even if I'm not all that mournful over said wasted potential, I will admit that it is very unfortunate she was killed off so early.

Favourite Moment

I'm being honest when I say I can't remember anything Carnelian said or has done before getting exploded. I'm sorry, this is where it's revealed I'm not too caring about Carnelian. I'm so sorry... I think, yeah, I did like her death scene though.

Idea for a Story

Probably delving into her backstory and her time in Scarlet's army as an actual child soldier, ya know?

Unpopular Opinion

I think her presence wouldn't have done much for the group if she lived on. If she was redeemed and came to terms with her trauma, it would be similar to Winter's arc. Peril was different because she's been seen as a monster all her life and her dependency is an interesting thing to explore. Carnelian feels too similar to Winter for her character to really stand out against the rest of the Jade Winglet. Is it wrong to judge a character like this? I guess, but I'mma be honest we literally only have a couple scenes to judge her character, and most of it matches up with Winter's arc. *explodes and dies*

Favourite Relationship

I hit Carnelian with my aspec beam. I do like Moon/Carnelian, but I don't think I can particularly see her with anybody. Maybe her and Winter could bond over their trauma or something. I dunno.

Favourite Headcanon

I literally do not know. I think she has an object in her possession of some sort of security. Maybe her parents died and she keeps it as a trinket of their memory, something she's a bit ashamed of since it looks like she has Emotions, which is Bad for a child soldier.

12 - Headcanon you have of them

Hmm,,ough... So many. If I had to pick one, I'd say that Burn is extremely true and loyal to her word. Fiercely so. If she promises something, she means it 100%. Whether it be a threat or anything. I think she really does mean it when she promised a life-time of peace between the SkyWings and MudWings if she became queen.
