A companion with severe spondiloarthropy has issues getting around the TARDIS because of the stairs and slopes and distances, so the TARDIS compacts corridors and flattens the area where they walk. She also makes sure that when they have to run the companion has a way of getting back quickly

I've got Crohn's and have played with the idea of asking the Doctor to take me into the future when the cure for IBD has come out. Who knows, maybe there's already something in the TARDIS that could cure me.
