In your attempt to impress me, you’ve impressed upon me that you are a liar. You’ve impressed upon me that you operate in deceit. It is obvious that your truth is not one that has been embraced, nor have you made an attempt to change a narrative that you yourself reject. The impression that remains with me is one of dishonesty, distaste, and disappointment. Men and women, please refrain from trying to impress people with the version of yourself that you have yet to become, or with a life that is not yours...
