A contemporary I want to read

K: I’ve been wanting to read My Heart and Other Blackholes for awhile now. And p actually just read it and really loved so now I have to read it.

p: second chance summer, i love morgan matson and it’s the only book of hers i haven’t read yet.

Most anticipated book you have 

K: For me it’s The Night Circus. It just seems really interesting and I mean have you seen the cover, its gorgeous!

p: mosquitoland, it’s K’s favorite book

A twist on a classic or fairy tale

K: Dorothy Must Die because I’ve always been in love with The Wizard of Oz so i feel a moral obligation to read this series.

p: the cinder series, because it’s so hyped up 

A sci-fi book or a book set in the future

K: Illuminae because I’m not usually into this type of stuff but the way it’s formatted makes me really interested in it.

p: ready player one, it’s been recommended to me a couple times

K: Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. 1) Because it’s so hyped. 2) So when the movie comes out I can be the annoying person who points out all the things that were different from the book.

p: the shopaholic series, just another series i haven’t read yet

K: Peter Pan because I love the movie but have never read the book and it’s a fairy tale so I mean...it’s gotta be good...right?

K: The Retribution of Mara Dyer because I love this series more than I love literally anything else and to be perfectly honest I’m okay with it ruining my life.

p: the house of hades and the blood of olympus. i’ve been behind on this series since 2014

K: The Book Thief. I’ve heard so many good things and I usually like historical fiction World War 2 books so I feel a need to read this.

p: dorothy must die

A book you DNF or weren’t in the mood for at the time

K: Endgame. It was just really confusing to me in the beginning and I didn’t have the motivation to finish it.

p: mockingjay, that’s right ladies and gents i dnf the end to the hunger games trilogy

K: True Letters From a Fictional Life. Have you seen it? I mean it’s beautiful...right?
