Audrey Hepburn: The Illustrated World of a Fashion Icon is a stunning illustrated biography of legendary fashion icon and actress Audrey Hepburn from internationally renowned fashion illustrator Megan Hess. Discover the key moments of Hepburn's fascinating life and the iconic looks she pioneered. From Sabrina to Breakfast at Tiffany's, Audrey Hepburn is renowned for her acting skill and fashion style, but less well known is her life in Nazi-occupied Holland or her tireless dedication to helping those less fortunate than herself. Elegantly enclosed by a hardback cover and ribbon, Megan's beautiful illustrations follow Hepburn through three distinct chapters: her early life in World War II Europe, dreaming of becoming a ballerina; her ingénue years as the rising star of Hollywood and her incredible fashion partnership with Hubert de Givenchy; and her private life beyond the silver screen, building a legacy through her humanitarian work. Audrey Hepburn is a celebration of a woman whose life was as remarkable as the clothes she wore and the movies she starred in, brought to life on the page by the expert hand of Megan Hess.

MUNDO ILUSTRADO ‘ILLUSTRATED WORLD’
2016 is already here. My god! Time flies! Looking back at the year we just left behind I have to highlight the moment I received at home two copies of the book ‘MUNDO ILUSTRADO. ILLUSTRATED WORLD’ by Marta Rodriguez Bosch, where I was featured as one of the 48 current illustrators from the shining Barcelona’s illustration scene.
I had a meeting over a year ago with Marta (author) when she was starting to prepare her book, where we discussed about my career, style, techniques and my view about the illustration scene nowadays. Really pleased with the whole outcome that clearly shows how this sometimes underestimated but day after day more appreciated profession is bringing on a lot of talent and art to our normal day lives.
The book dedicates 4 pages to every featured illustrator included on it, and a cool guide with agencies, galleries, and links that promote the illustration at the catalan city.

AERO-AUTO-CRAFT: The Car of the Future - Illustrated World, April 1917. Illustration: Carl Melbourne. Illustrated World was an early technology magazine that eventually merged with Popular Mechanics.
Carl Harry Claudy described the AERO-AUTO-CRAFT at the dawn of the flying car obsession:
The aeroautocraft of the future will roll on the road, cleave through the water, fly through the air. Its owner will start from his garage or hangar, travel streets or roads at will, cross streams or lakes that lie in his path, rise in the air and fly over a hill, a valley, or woods, to another road, all at his pleasure.
