i hope it's okay to comment, but i felt almost exactly the same a few days ago omg... i hope you'll feel better soon❤️ no one needs nausea :( I have no idea how to vent properly as well, but I've heard that physical exercises are supposed to be really helpful... idk where i wanted to go with this, but stay strong and hang in there! i hope things will get better for you ❤️
