Today, as I check in social media, I find myself appalled, disturbed, and disappointed in the class and actions of some people. I created TTP to be a positive environment, as somewhere I can hopefully make people laugh and entertain them to create a small bright spot in their day. On this, however, I cannot stay silent. There was a man who made a reaction to the new Star Wars trailer. He was emotional, overjoyed, and so happy to the point of tears. To see this emotion is to see a TRUE GENUINE reaction- not a lot of the "another reaction videos" as we generally see a lot on YT. Then came someone who decided that in their words "Star Wars and super hero movie obsession culture has revealed a whole new population of undateable men. Might be worse than men who wear cargo shorts." Wow- I thought as a culture and as a civilized society, we were past garbage actions like "nerd/geek shaming." But with all that being said and somewhat explained, the man has gained a lot of support- not just from fans and community, but from people like Mark Hammil (Luke Skywalker) and Rahul Koli (Ravi from Izombie) themselves. So today- I halt production, recording, etc. Halo 3 will be delayed. And tomorrow- we will have a 1-off episode of Battlefront 2 released at 8am EST, not only to support #theericbutts - (Link to his channel below) but also to support everyone who has a love and a passion no matter what it is.
