Man this one was rough. The floor block killed me. However, I did do the benchmark 200m row at 35 sec. I don’t think I’ve done it before but was very proud of myself for not being at 50 sec like I thought I would. I’m not a very strong tower so I really have to work for it and time has shown me massive improvement.
