🌸I am officially a @sattvayoga teacher!🌸 About 2.5 years ago I made a commitment to my self to deepen and strengthen my practice through sattva yoga. I always looked up to all the teachers at the studio and set a goal to just maybeeeee teach there one day. Fast forward a couple of years, I’ve completed another 200hrs of training, joined the sattva family - running @sattva.yoga.online and I will begin to assistant Monday’s @430pm with the lovely @angelamcfaul beginning in May. ✨ Honestly manifestations work!!!
