Perfect sailing rig. No boom. Use your push pole, oar, or boat hook if you need to support the clew in light air. Check out Roger Barnes YouTube videos of sailing his Ilur dinghy.
Still dreaming about Deer Isle Cruise 2019. These two sail one of the first kits I ever cut, François Viver's #ilur the famous Waxwing by John Hartman. It's been great getting to be friends with them and finally cruise with them. My amazing partner in crime @nicketakis was key to making the trip a success, so glad she was a part of it.
