Gastronomia Quito-Ecuador 

La gastronomia de ecuador se varia por region. El hornado es uno de los platos preferido de la gastornomía quiteña y por eso está primero en la lista, la carne de cerdo cocinada a leña en un horno de barro. Aunque hoy en día es uno de los platos típicos de Quito y de Ecuador en general. El hornado se sirve generalmente con tortilla, ensalada y mote, aunque el acompañamiento varía según la región.
