Non-Fandom-Based Beta Reader

Hey, so I’m very interested in becoming a beta reader just as a hobby, but while finding writers it seemed like all of them were writers of fanfiction. Don’t get me wrong--being a fanfiction writer is fine. However, I’m not involved with a lot of fandoms atm and it makes sense for those writers to want a beta who knows the fandom at least a little. I hope this message reaches out to writers who are not associated with fanfiction writing and needs help from a beta reader like myself:)
