I’ve been accepted..

Hello everyone! Yesterday was a stressful day..but it ended in beauty. I have an Instagram about my witchy path ( witches.green, go follow 😉😉😉) and my father stumbled upon it. Now, my father wasn’t supportive of my path. At least from what I’ve seen.

He sits me down on the couch, and looks me dead in the eyes and says “Elizabeth, I love you for who you are. Last time we spoke you told me you werent a witch and you werent wiccan. But I’m guessing now that’s changed. I don’t care what you do. Just do not cast in my house. Do it outside or something. I love you.”

I normally cry when it comes down to serious conversations with my father. But this one I held everything back and had a serious conversation until he said that he didn’t mind me being wiccan. I broke down into tears.

It felt like a huge weight being lifted off of my shoulders, and it felt like I could do what I wanted now. Without being judged and ridiculed and questioned by my family anymore. Although that may still happen, I know that they accept me now.

For all of you witches and wiccans in the closet today, just know that one day you will be accepted. Wether that day be soon, or the day you move out. I accept you and I love you 💞💞✨
