This chapter got me fucked, I can’t lie.

I keep thinking about different possibilities and I was somewhat convinced tht the old man time leaper was Hanma but now I’m leaning towards it being Takemichi. Rereading the chapter and hearing the descriptions those guys used to describe the time leaper leads me to thinking it’s him.

With his leaping evolving to the point where he has “future sight,” tht proves tht its..possible. 😭

I honestly think it’s possible tht Takemichi failed enough times to the point where he was “punished” and thrown all the way back in the past with all his former memories where everyone he knew wasn’t born yet and he had to wait it out until he could meet them again to try to “fix” things. Like he’s stuck in some sort of loop and he can’t get out until he does the “right” thing to break the loop. And why do I think the “right” thing is saving Mikey? 💀

Everything comes back to Mikey and this would definitely explain why there’s such a strong connection between Takemichi and Shinichiro.
