Rhodey’s armor saved him. Sam doesn’t have near as much. If Sam had been hit, and fallen, he would have died.

Tony is fully aware of this yet he still gives the order. And then he still fucking shoots Sam when Rhodey is hurt instead. As if Sam wasn’t dodging to save his fucking life.
