Losing my absolute MIND over the end of Dream. How unhinged he got when only Tommy and Tubbo were there to see his fucking sociopathic """treasure room""", how Tommy's face twisted in visceral horror when he saw the cage meant for Skeppy, how Dream SCREAMED that Tommy would regret not saying goodbye for the rest of his entire life so he shouldn't waste it fighting, how when EVERYONE came to their rescue Tommy's first fucking thought was to get Tubbo safely behind them, HOW DREAM'S ONLY DEATHS WERE FROM TOMMY, TOMMY SLAYED GOD TWICE, how Dream had desperately pulled at the only card he knew would save him from Tommy taking his final life which was Wilbur, his brother, his hero, the only thing Tommy can't let go of, and it WORKED, and Tommy crumpled at the mere possibility that his brother could come back to life, and so he agreed to send Dream to rot in prison, how Tommy extended the kindness to visit him in isolation that he never received himself, that Dream never deserved, how Tommy said "let's make Wilbur proud" and without a SECOND'S HESITATION Tommy and Tubbo both yelled at him to SUCK IT in unison, to honor their brother that despite all he did they respect him and want to make him proud with the same victory he cried all those months ago, I'm just-

TBH, after thinking about it, at the end of the day renga are kids and they’re dealing with a lot of stuff (reki and the beef with ad*m, feelings of inferiority, etc etc v langa losing his father, relocating to an entirely different country) and they were both doing their best in a friendship with factors that are, unfortunately, outside of their control. 

should reki have said to langa how he was feeling? yeah but also he was working through it and he said a lot of stuff he shouldn’t have because he was struggling to deal with it all and he’s rightfully emotionally charged from the situation. 

should langa skate in the competition? if he wants to, that’s his right regardless of the consequences but also i sympathize heavy with him. i know what it’s like where your friend suddenly explodes at you with feelings they’ve had for a WHILE and then, without an opportunity to fix it or even catch up to what’s wrong, they cut ties and walk. like i get that. that’s a SHITTY situation to suddenly be met with that. especially when you have no idea it’s gonna happen. no INKLING a fall out could occur. and up to that point langa had been reaching out to reki, trying to find him, thinking everything’s fine while reki was spiraling and decided to just burn the bridge rather than fixing it or talking it out. 

both boys feelings are valid. 

we all know reki’s feelings are valid.

but let’s not forget that, while langa choosing to skate with adam is not gucci, he’s not a bad guy. he’s not a bad person. and he’s not a bad friend. 

they’re just kids trying to figure this shit out man

playing DnD tonight, first session with new characters (cause 80% of our party died to an Ancient Red Wyrm in our precious campaign) and the two surviving party members decided to go to my character’s home and tell her friend (and her family) that she died.

Her friend is the leader of the Druid Circle she was apart of (the old leader died in a huge fight and he stepped up) and he was *emotional* and oh boy, I had been okay with dying, and like, ultimately still am cause it happens, we died fighting, but i KNEW that seeing my background characters get sad was gonna make me emo and it DID but i *still wasnt prepared*

and now im sad all over again ;_;
